 Part-Time Accounts Administrator (Book-keeper)

We have a vacancy for an experienced Accounts Administrator. The incumbent will be responsible for all finance-related activities including:

  • Processing incoming invoices and accounts payable
  • Preparing invoices for work undertaken by Visioncare Research
  • Making international payments
  • Keeping up-to-date accounting records on QuickBooks
  • Bank statement reconciliation
  • Processing of salaries, PAYE and National Insurance
  • VAT records
  • Processing staff benefits, e.g. health insurance, workplace pension
  • Applicants should be fully computer literate with excellent administrative and organisational skills and be familiar with accounting software, ideally QuickBooks - (Feb. 2022).

    Senior Clinical Research Associate (CRA)

    We have a vacancy for an experienced Senior CRA to assist with project management of a range of interesting clinical trials of eyecare products. The role also involves remote monitoring of clinical trial data, generating queries, liaising with investigators, and assisting with study initiation activities. Although office-based, there is scope for a hybrid WfH arrangement. - (Feb. 2022)
